Air India Express announced on Tuesday that it has increased the checked-in baggage allowance for passengers traveling to the Middle East and Singapore from 20 kilograms to 30 kilograms. Additionally, the airline is offering an extra 10 kg of checked-in baggage for families traveling with infants.
“Passengers can now enjoy 30 kg of checked-in baggage, along with 7 kg of cabin baggage. This updated allowance is available on Air India Express international flights between India and the Middle East, as well as Singapore,” the airline stated in a release.
Air India Express operates approximately 450 weekly flights between India and the Middle East, as well as 26 weekly flights to Singapore. The airline boasts a fleet of 90 aircraft and offers over 400 daily flights to 36 domestic and 15 international destinations.
